A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer applied to your vehicle's exterior that chemically bonds with the paint to create a hard, protective layer. It enhances gloss, adds resistance to UV damage, minor chemical stains, and light scratches, and makes the surface more hydrophobic, so dirt and water bead up and slide off more easily.
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle (keys, if locked, and a way to reach you), many customers choose to drop off their keys or leave the car accessible and go about their day. For mobile services at a home or office, you're welcome to be present or step away as it suits you.
We want you to be satisfied with the results. If something doesn't meet expectations, let us know within a reasonable time after service and we'll do our best to make it right with no charge if it was included in the package you bought, whether that's a touch-up or addressing a specific concern.

Deeper scratches and sometimes even hard water spots that have penetrated the clear coat usually require more advanced paint correction or touch-up work, which we're happy to assess and quote separately.
For exterior services, rain can affect results and safety, so we may reach out to reschedule if there's significant rain in the forecast. Interior-only details can often proceed as planned since they aren't weather-dependent, but we'll always communicate with you ahead of time if conditions require a change.
