Interior details usually take 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the vehicle's size and condition. We do ask that you remove personal belongings, valuables, and loose trash beforehand so we can focus fully on cleaning every surface without interruption.
Mobile detailing means we bring the full detailing service directly to you — your home, office, or wherever your vehicle is parked. We arrive with our own water, power, and equipment, so you don't need to provide anything. Just let us know a convenient time and location, and we'll handle the rest while you go about your day.
A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer applied to your vehicle's exterior that chemically bonds with the paint to create a hard, protective layer. It enhances gloss, adds resistance to UV damage, minor chemical stains, and light scratches, and makes the surface more hydrophobic, so dirt and water bead up and slide off more easily.
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle (keys, if locked, and a way to reach you), many customers choose to drop off their keys or leave the car accessible and go about their day. For mobile services at a home or office, you're welcome to be present or step away as it suits you.
We want you to be satisfied with the results. If something doesn't meet expectations, let us know within a reasonable time after service and we'll do our best to make it right with no charge if it was included in the package you bought, whether that's a touch-up or addressing a specific concern.
water spots, Light swirl marks and minor scratches can often be improved with a polish or one-step paint correction, which we can add to your service. Deeper scratches and sometimes even hard water spots that have penetrated the clear coat usually require more advanced paint correction or touch-up work, which we're happy to assess and quote separately.
For exterior services, rain can affect results and safety, so we may reach out to reschedule if there's significant rain in the forecast. Interior-only details can often proceed as planned since they aren't weather-dependent, but we'll always communicate with you ahead of time if conditions require a change.
We accept major credit and debit cards, along with digital payment options like Apple Pay and Venmo. Payment is typically collected upon completion of the service.
